Abstract

In this report, graphene (G) layers were synthesized onto the top of Al substrate creating electrode for supercapacitor (SC). The obtained G@Al was used as flexible electrodes, and it shows a good stability with consist cycle voltammetry alone with good energy and power densities. The Highest Specific capacitance at flat conditions is about ‎17.629 Fg-1 and this value not dropped down more than 9.4% after bending the device with angle 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, and 180. The G@Al showed a good stability and it returns 93.5% from initial one after 1000 cycles.  The maximum ED and PD were found to be as high as 5.5Wh/kg and.5.73kW/kg respectively, The EIS showed a good electrochemical performance and the ebullient circuit showed four resistance and CPE along with W element. Advancing the obtained SC by creating large area graphene based flexible supercapacitor device which showed a higher specific capacitance of 123.774 Fg⁻¹ along with outstanding flexibility
