About the Journal

The Journal of Basrah Research. Science is a biannual, peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the College of Education for Pure Science at the University of Basrah. Established in 1988, the journal is internationally recognized with both an ISSN (1817–2695) and EISSN (2411-524X). Initially publishing in both Arabic and English, the journal has exclusively published in English since 2017.

The journal focuses on advancing knowledge across various disciplines in science and technology, including biology, chemistry, computer science, physics, mathematics, and geology. Each issue contains 15 to 30 research papers, offering a platform for innovative research, literature reviews, and technical notes from scholars worldwide.

The Journal of Basrah Research. Science follows a rigorous peer-review process, ensuring high academic standards and scientific integrity. It is committed to fostering the dissemination of original research that contributes to scientific and technological advancements.

Aims and Scope

The aim of the Journal of Basrah Researches.
